The context
One mission, many local hospitals.
Children's Miracle Network brings hospitals, partners, donors, and local programs together around care for children. A dated account from Chason's earlier career records a team effort to create donor management for that hospital network.
The surviving record is concise. It establishes the organization, the kind of system, the team context, and the intended hospital audience. It does not preserve a feature list, technical architecture, rollout record, or performance report.
The challenge
Design donor management for use beyond one location.
The historical statement frames a systems problem: create donor management intended to serve hospitals across a broader network.
That scope matters. A system meant for multiple institutions has to be conceived differently from a one-office database, even though the surviving evidence does not establish which records, permissions, reports, integrations, or donation workflows the product contained.
