Information Zyel receives

If you send a project brief, Zyel receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, project description, working budget, and timing.

The web server also creates ordinary security and access logs. They may include the requested page, time, referring page, browser information, and network address.

Zyel records a small set of first-party conversion events—such as opening a case study or project brief—through ordinary server access logs. That measurement does not set an advertising cookie, create a cross-site profile, or use a third-party analytics script.

How the information is used

Project-brief information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, plan possible work, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and protect the site. Zyel does not sell project-inquiry information or use it to build third-party advertising profiles.

Please do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card information, medical information, regulated personal data, or confidential source material through the public form.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Project briefs are delivered using Amazon Simple Email Service and received in Zyel's business email system. Those providers process the limited information needed to operate the site and deliver the message.

Zyel may disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or another person, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Zyel does not publish a submitted project brief without permission.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, the resulting business relationship, security, and applicable recordkeeping. Zyel uses practical technical and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact Zyel to ask about, correct, or request deletion of project-inquiry information, subject to legal and business-record requirements. You can avoid the form and contact Zyel by phone if you prefer.
