Seacret

Local hosting and commerce for Seacret Vietnam.

Chason and Jon helped Seacret’s Vietnam division turn local website, hosting, distributor, and commerce requirements into a working country deployment so the business could sell its products in Vietnam.

Build the Vietnam operation around local requirements.

Seacret’s Vietnam division needed a local web operation that supported both product sales and the responsibilities of a direct-selling business. Hosting location, public information, participant records, contracts, training, and market-specific commerce all affected the implementation.

Our shared work adapted the wider Seacret platform to those local needs. It combined Vietnam deployment work with changes to enrollment, account records, agreement generation, training access, shopping behavior, and payment and order handling.

This country implementation is a companion to the Seacret Direct commerce and distributor-platform case.

Connected workflows

Carry local requirements through the application.

The country deployment connected the participant’s identity, agreement, training access, and commerce activity. Each part needed to retain the Vietnam market context while working with the wider Seacret platform.

  1. Local enrollment

Country-specific identity, address, tax, sponsor, and payout information.

  2. Vietnam agreements

A linked agreement number and printable participant contract.

  3. Training access

Authenticated handoff from the back office to the Vietnam training service.

  4. Local commerce

Vietnam market context, shopping restrictions, and payment and order workflows.

Route Vietnam-market traffic to the local deployment.

The country implementation used seacret-vietnam.vn and routing that directed Vietnam-market traffic to the Vietnam server. This connected the local hosting requirement to how the application actually handled a visitor’s market context.

Shopping controls also preserved that context. Vietnam accounts and carts followed Vietnam-specific rules, including restrictions on switching between the local market and other country storefronts. These controls preserved the account’s country context throughout shopping.

The deployment supported the local participant-management requirement while the application continued to work with Exigo-connected customer and network operations.

Connect enrollment to the participant agreement.

The Vietnam enrollment experience captured country-specific identity, address, tax, sponsor, and payout details. It created the participant account through the operating platform and linked that identity to a Vietnam agreement record.

A generated agreement number and printable contract connected the completed registration to the participant’s documentation. The account and network relationships remained available to the wider reporting and administration workflows.

Carry account context into training and commerce.

The back office connected authenticated participants to the Vietnam training service. The handoff used the participant’s account identity and relevant profile information, allowing the training journey to start from the same operational account.

Vietnam-specific commerce code included local payment branches, shopping restrictions, and pending-order handling. Those country branches worked within the broader platform’s customer, sponsor, checkout, order, and support model.

The engineering task was to preserve the local rules throughout the journey—from the first enrollment fields to an agreement, a training handoff, and a purchase in the correct market.

Translate the operating rules into application work.

During this project, the main frameworks included Decree 40/2018 on direct selling and Decree 52/2013 on e-commerce. The direct-selling rules addressed the participant system and public website separately.

Vietnam-hosted participant system

Operating requirement. The 2018 direct-selling decree required the network-management system to operate on servers in Vietnam.

Application work. We implemented the Vietnam deployment and country-domain routing while connecting local workflows to the wider operating platform.

Participant and agreement records

Operating requirement. The direct-selling framework linked participant identity, contracts, network position, purchase history, and remuneration information.

Application work. Vietnam enrollment created the participant account and a linked local agreement record, with a printable contract and Exigo-connected network data.

Training and onboarding

Operating requirement. The direct-selling rules included basic training and the administration of participant status.

Application work. The back office provided a Vietnam training handoff using the authenticated participant’s identity and account context.

Public business information

Operating requirement. The local website needed accessible company, product, operating-policy, training, and contact information.

Application work. Website work supported the Vietnam division’s localized public information and customer and distributor journeys.

Orders and customer terms

Operating requirement. The e-commerce framework required clear seller, product, price, payment, delivery, and transaction information.

Application work. Market-specific checkout and order handling worked alongside the country’s enrollment, account, and payment paths.

Customer and participant support

Operating requirement. Operating rules needed to address purchasing, delivery, returns, refunds, complaints, and participation.

Application work. The Vietnam implementation formed part of the connected account, order, reporting, and support platform described in the Seacret Direct case.

The result: a local operation connected to the wider platform.

The work provided the technical foundation for Seacret’s Vietnam division to enroll participants and sell products locally. Country hosting, onboarding, agreements, training access, and commerce rules became connected application concerns.

It also demonstrates a recurring part of our international application work: translating a market’s operating requirements into deployment choices, data relationships, public content, and everyday account and order behavior.
